Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using OpsDen ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

OpsDen is a platform that helps you document and automate your operations. The Service uses AI to generate SOPs from screen recordings and create AI agents that can execute workflows. Features and functionality may change over time.

Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you upload. Do not upload content that:

  • Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
  • Contains illegal, harmful, or offensive material
  • Violates any applicable law or regulation
  • Contains malware or harmful code

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Use automated means to access the Service without permission

Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method.

  • Prices are subject to change with notice
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding your content), is owned by OpsDen and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our permission.

Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services for features like AI transcription and payment processing. Your use of these integrations may be subject to additional terms from those providers.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated transcriptions or content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpsDen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OpsDen and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms and changing the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.
